Abstract

In the recent years, the research on cerebral structure and function has been a hot spot since the development of blood oxygen level dependent fMRI (BOLD-fMRI) and diffusion tensor imaging (DTI). A review is given on BOLD-fMRI and DTI performed in the diagnosis, therapy and post-operative assessment for neurosurgical diseases.
